If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Hommaccents, #1190, 4th Floor, 22nd A Cross Rd, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase services from Us.
Website refers to, accessible from www.hommaccents.com
You mean the individual accessing or using mean service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Homm Accents Design Refund Policy
At Homm Accents Design, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and products. However, please note the following terms regarding our refund policy:
- Booking Fees: All booking fees are non-refundable. Once a booking fee is paid, it secures your spot in our schedule and covers preliminary administrative and consultation costs.
- Procurement Amount: Any amounts paid towards procurement (i.e., purchasing materials, furnishings, or other items on your behalf) are non-refundable. These funds are committed to acquiring the specific items needed for your project and cannot be returned once the order has been placed.
Replacement of goods:
We are only responsible once product is not fit according to schedule. We are here to replace it, once request raised by you, our executive will visit for the inspection and will do onsite replacement.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you, later can be replace once it’s not accordance.
